We accept most major credit cards – VISA, Mastercard & American Express, paypal, and apple pay. Credit card payments are made in collaboration with our Credit Card merchant, Stripe. All transactions are encrypted and 100% secure. If you have any problems placing an order, please contact us by email or phone. You will receive confirmation by email when your payment is made.
New Jersey residents are subject to State Sales Tax if the order is shipped within New Jersey. New Jersey Tax is 7%.
All orders are shipped with USPS. Orders will be processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders will be shipped within 48 hours of order being received. You will receive confirmation by email when goods are shipped. Shipping rates are determined by weight & destination.
If you live in New Jersey, please feel free to e-mail me if you would prefer to pick up your order instead. I will waive the shipping cost for local pick-ups.
Once your shipping notification is sent, we are no longer responsible for any packages lost, stolen, or delivered to the wrong address. Please be sure all of your information is entered correctly as we want your package to arrive safely.
Refunds + exchanges
We value our customers and would like them to be happy with their purchases. All our items are handcrafted with quality and care in mind. In the rare case that you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us by email before returning any item. Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt. Items must be returned unused, with all original tags and packaging included.
Refunds will be credited to the same credit card that was used to place the original order. Shipping & Handling costs are not refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed. We suggest taking out insurance on any return as we will not be responsible for lost return packages. All Sale Items are ‘Final Sale’. Refunds to your account will be made within 7 days after we have received the returned package.
Please feel free to message me anytime if there is something you're curious about bringing to life. Once all the details of your custom order has been finalized and agreed upon, you will be send an invoice. After full payment is processed, I will begin your custom project with an agreed deadline. When your piece is finished, I will send you a photo for approval followed by a shipping notification with tracking included.
We take your privacy seriously. We will not sell, trade, or rent your information to anyone. When you place an order at www.wovencraft.com we ask for your name, email address, phone number, billing address, shipping address, and credit card number. We use this information to fulfill the order and to communicate with you about it. We do not store your credit card details. To process your payment, you will be transferred to our credit card processing merchant service provided by Stripe.
